I realzied just after starting reading that TV on the Radio would be #1. Not that it's a bad record (and actually is currently in contention for my list), but it's kind of an uninspiring #1 if you ask me.
Thoroughly unimpressive. Also, I like how the leading pick for Pitchfork's #1 according to this blog is Deerhunter, and they didn't even make this list. (Unless I skimmed past it without noticing.)
