Meh. Does nothing for me. She has a pretty voice, but there's nothing here that grabs me.
I'm more with Kittybrains than Tex on this one. I feel like that song gets written in bedrooms across America on an almost daily basis. Her gorgeous voice, however, makes it fairly worthwhile-- although I can barely make out the lyrics. (Maybe that's just me.)
Keep the voice, swap in a new song, that's what I say.
Not necessarily my thing in general but I actually dug it. Is there a studio version or is that just girl and guitar also?
studio version is actually a lot better, but i thought the video was distracting. look it up. her albums are great, specially Springtime Can Kill You.
also, re: your distaste - if ya'll weren't part of the union, you'd understand.
