I also thought his discussion of whether Obama was a Muslim (essentially, "he's not, but so what if he was?") was braver than any response the Obama campaign itself has had the guts to put out there.
It was a great endorsement. He didn't seem to have any prepared notes; he spoke genuinely from the heart. I'm almost willing to forgive him for the WMD fiasco.
