The more recent 'I'm OK, You're OK' is middling and claustrophobically produced.dr. kittybrainshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00756158577917324058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31335050.post-31530072682103382582010-08-31T22:14:04.230-07:002010-08-31T22:14:04.230-07:00Thanks, Dr. K, for laying down the law!

I'm aware of Bellybutton and yes, I own multiple Falkner albums, including the one depicted in the post.

Thank you for, to quote, "not saying don't write what you want to on your own blog." With your permission, sir, I will continue to write about what I want to in my own blog-- in this case, an unsolicited promotion of an artist I like, Jason Falkner.

For similar entries by me and the rest of the Kittybrains Collective, please keep us bookmarked.drischordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10415230941462114703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31335050.post-88684270540364282662010-08-31T08:45:07.852-07:002010-08-31T08:45:07.852-07:00It's funny that this exchange took place the d...It's funny that this exchange took place the day after I first heard the "Power Pop Pop-Pop" segment from WFMU's Best Show.

It's on iTunes for free:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/best-show-gems-tom-scharpling/id306300026

(Number 16)

Well worth hearing.Erichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02030586653132877610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31335050.post-63968514035663331962010-08-30T15:30:17.983-07:002010-08-30T15:30:17.983-07:00After writing this, I found this article about Fal...After writing this, I found this article about Falkner, if anyone's interested.

http://artintodust.blogspot.com/2008/04/jason-falkner.html

Not gonna lie: He comes across as kind of a self-centered dick.
